1. There is no length of service contracts. 2. To cancel service you must call or email me before the 1st of the month to avoid next application fees and service. 3. 10% fee applied to account for late payments. 4. $35 fee applied to account for returned checks. 5. Lawn Service(s) will renew each year unless I am notified to cancel service. 6. Credit card refund amount can be done minus a 4% bank service charge. 7. I reserve the right to terminate service(s) at any time and refund any balance.
